The Level 5 professional qualification is designed to be flexible in its approach, with learners able to progress through different sized qualifications from the Award (10 credits), Certificate (20 credits) to the Diploma (40credits and above). Each unit within the qualification has a credit value which can be accumulated to build from the Award through to the Diploma. All units are internally assessed through work based assignments. The Level 5 qualifications are designed to give learners an understanding of the skills needed within vocational sectors.

This course builds from the Level 5 Award qualification (units completed at QCF level 5 Award in Management and Leadership will count towards this qualification and not be repeated).

Students will complete units:

  1. Principles of Management & Leadership
  2. Managing Change
  3. Principles of Strategic Management

The units are assignment based and are internally assessed.
